Hi! I'm Erin, owner of
Humphrey Bears Bakery
Humphrey Bears Bakery started with something I’d been dreaming about for a long time - opening a bakery of my own.
I've worked in coffee for a while and I loved the café environment: the peaceful early mornings, the familiar faces, and the sense of routine that comes with it. But in the back of my mind, the plan was always to open a bakery. It took a while to get there, but eventually I decided to take the leap and actually make it happen.

About Us
The bakery is named after my dog, Humphrey. He’s a 10-year-old cavapoo who’s a bit of a grumpy old man these days, but anyone who meets him usually falls in love at first sight. The name Humphrey Bears Bakery just felt right - something personal, with a bit of character.
We are a family-run, which means we’re the ones baking, serving, and probably covered in flour most mornings. We’re still new and figuring things out as we go, but everything here is made with a lot of care and a lot of early starts!
The Goal
At the end of the day, the goal is pretty simple: make really good food, serve really good coffee and build a bakery that people enjoy coming back to.
And if Humphrey gets a few fans along the way, even better.
